The School aims at excellence in all spheres connected with educating and bringing up students. We are confident that except for purely personal or family reasons a student will not be withdrawn till he/she has completed schooling. But in case it becomes imperative to withdraw, it may be done subject to the following rules and regulations.
In case a boarder wants to leave the hostel permanently his guardian has to inform the school management in writing before 90 days of the date of withdrawal of the boarder from the hostel. In case the guardian’s fails to inform as mentioned above he will have to pay the hostel charges for 90 days.
- Three months advance notice in writing shall be required if a parent wishes not to send his ward for the following session. Ordinarily, such notice should reach the school not later than 31st December of the year preceding that in which the ward is sought to be withdrawn.
- Failing receipt of such notice or receipt thereof at a later date, it will be deemed that the parents have given consent for the enrolment of their ward for the next year and accommodation will be reserved for him/her accordingly and no one else will be allocated that accommodation under any circumstance.
- No withdrawals are ordinarily permitted during mid-session except in special circumstances. No refund will be allowed except Caution Money as per fee regulation.
